Spicy Prawn Curry
A delicate blend of spices finished
to perfection with coconut milk. One of our favourites,
for those who like king prawns of course….
Ingredients
- 1 lb Large raw Tiger prawns (pre-cooked are no
good!)
- 2 oz butter
- Tin of coconut milk
- “Curries4u” Spicy
Prawn Spice Pack
Method
Peel prawns carefully & remove vein (usually
black line on back of prawn) with a sharp knife, rinse
& pat dry.
Add spice pack to prawns & mix until all prawns
are coated.
Put the butter into a wok or large frying pan. When
melted add the coated prawns, any loose spices that
might not have coated the prawns and cook for about 1-2
minutes on fairly high heat, or until the prawns are
pink.
Add coconut milk & simmer for about 3-4 minutes
until the liquid has thickened & looks creamy.
Quick & easy, and very nice
indeed……
